#69 Thunder Mustang
Pilot
Lou Meyer

Hi there Race Fans and Fellow Addicts,
Getting back on track here with the latest Favorite Photo, and not needing
to be retro, I bring my next phot from R2k. This was taken at Pylon 2 on my
first trip to the pylons since 1983. I was able to get alot of nice photos
and you will see them interspersed throughout my stories covering the 2000
National Championship Air Races. I will provide larger format photos in this
page each week that I think represent the best. If you would like larger for-
format for wallpaper purposes, let me know via email.

Lou Meyer was racing the PAPA 51 Team aircraft and posted the first wins for
the Thunder Mustang on Thursday and Friday. It helped that Dave Morss was out
early the first day, and penalized for cutting the Deadline, (and a couple of
pylons), on Friday, but, as they say, That's Racing. A win is a win and they
got two. The aircraft is still under development and will get faster I know.
So, congrats to the team and pilot on a successful coming out for the plane.

Thanks once again for visiting.
Sincerely,
The Air Race Addict
